I have rented from many places and this one is by far the best. Everything is transparent and well set up. I can access my account online at anytime and also put in maintenance requests easily. They are always super helpful and send service right away and let me know exactly who is coming. There are different options that I can make rent payment so it makes it so easy no matter where I am. I read some of the other reviews and it really just sounds like negativity from people that didn’t do what they were suppose to or didn’t get away with something so they bash them for doing their jobs. I LOVE that they do their jobs well and take good care of me! Thank you everyone at Paramount.

Paramount Property Services is not your average property management company! I have had the pleasure of renting from them for 3 years now and I have virtually no complaints. The home is well-kept, appropriately priced and the owner is extremely nice and easy to get along with. The staff is professional, organized, and proud of what they do.
